WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or self-employed professional activity.

A. WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose. However, use of the form is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs. Excluded from this are any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.

The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to check their condition, properties and functionality.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services in connection with leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period for performance. This may apply in particular to tickets, workshops, events or date-specific offers.

The right of withdrawal may expire prematurely for services if the provider has fully performed the service and began performance only after the consumer expressly agreed that the provider may begin performance before the end of the withdrawal period, and the consumer confirmed their knowledge that they lose their right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time the contract is concluded, are not nationals of a member state of the European Union and whose sole residence and delivery address at the time the contract is concluded are outside the European Union.

General Notes

1. Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. If possible, please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components.

2. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure sufficient protection against transport damage by using suitable packaging.

3. Please do not return the goods carriage forward.

4. Please note that the above notes are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
